Default New website question
I have decided to build my first website. Should I use tables and regular html or should I learn CSS?

CSS is very helpful, but building a site in pure CSS will involve a big learning curve. Learning as you go is nice, but it will slow down your project tremendously. I suggest use CSS & HTML together.
