Users can not access CMS

If your members can not access the CMS portion of the VBulletin 4 Suite then check the following:

1. Make sure the articles are published.
2. Make sure the sections are published.
3. Check the permissions of who can read the articles. Admincp > CMS > CMS Permission
4. Clear the CMS Cache
