Is there a way for me to find the label in my temporary internet files to reprint the label? I am using windows 7 and firefox.

The USPS used to offer a re-print option, but not anymore. You have to cancel / refund your old label and do a new one now.

A work around is to change your browser settings to save the .pdf instead of automatically opening it. That way it will be on your computer if you need to reprint. Finding the pdf in your temporary files is time consuming and fruitless.
